Up until now, Lender Owned (LE) was a property description field and Short Sales (SS) was part of the Terms field. Now Lender Owned properties will be tracked via a new field called <strong>Seller Type<\/strong> (seller_type) and Short Sales will be tracked via a new field called <strong>Approval Conditions<\/strong> (approval_cond).<\/p>\n<p>We will be updated our Search forms to accommodate these changes and adding the new fields.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On January 1st, 2011, Metrolist implemented a change in how Lender Owned and Short Sales properties would be handled.
