Metrolist have made changes to how Lender Owned and Short Sales are handled

On January 1st, 2011, Metrolist implemented a change in how Lender Owned and Short Sales properties would be handled. Up until now, Lender Owned (LE) was a property description field and Short Sales (SS) was part of the Terms field. Now Lender Owned properties will be tracked via a new field called Seller Type (seller_type) and Short Sales will be tracked via a new field called Approval Conditions (approval_cond).

We will be updated our Search forms to accommodate these changes and adding the new fields.
