New Denver Area REALTOR® Association Announces Leadership

The state’s largest real estate organization, comprised of the former Denver Board of REALTORS® (DBR), Jefferson County Association of REALTORS® (JCAR) and the North Metro Denver REALTOR® Association (NMDRA), announced that Justin Knoll (Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage) will serve a one-year term as the merged association’s first Chairman of the Board. Other officers elected at the association’s initial board of directors meeting held today are Chairman-elect, Dave Pike (Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage), and Secretary, Laura Ruch (Keller Williams Realty Professionals).
“There is great excitement surrounding the merger of our three associations,” said Justin Knoll. “At the same time we know we have a lot to do to deliver on our promise to members to provide additional and improved programs and services. We have a terrific team to lead us this first year and the opportunities that lie ahead are tremendous.”
The new association also announced that Ann Turner, who has served for 26 years as the Chief Executive Officer of JCAR, will assume the same position with the new association. According to Turner, a process is underway to select a name for the new association.
In addition, the following individuals will serve a one-year term on the new board of directors.
