Updated: New 2014 Leads & Contacts CRM Update this May 30, 2014

Please note that the entire Buying Buddy system, including website widgets and the Leads & Contacts system will be shut down for approximately 24 hours starting at 12.00 mid day MST on Friday 30 May.

What’s happening?
We are migrating your account to the new 2014 Leads and Contacts CRM.
We have developed an exciting new CRM / Lead Management system which includes a large number of new features.
We expect that the whole system will be fully updated and live no later than midday Saturday.

What action should I take?
You should plan to STOP all advertising and PPC / PAID traffic generation activities during the upgrade process.

What is the new Leads & Contacts CRM?
The new system is a brand new, responsive application. The system has a very modern and easy-to use layout and design, and there are a lot of new features.

Where do I get Help and Tutorials for Me and My Team?
Over the next few days will will be making tutorials available online.
The week after the migration, there will be daily webinars with Q&A.
The full schedule of training and support will be announced later this week.
