NEW FEATURE: New My Account Control Panel for Consumers
The new MY ACCOUNT panel for consumers is now live in Buying Buddy (v2). This is an automatic upgrade that has been applied to all accounts.
The purpose of this new feature is to continue to establish Buying Buddy as a high-value service for the consumer and thus generate more leads and encourage higher levels of repeat-use by your leads.
The new My Account Control Panel for your leads, provides a bigger popup screen interface with many usability enhancements and new features.
- New Tabbed Design
- New Welcome orientation Video included to introduce consumers to Buying Buddy
- Improved presentation of Saved Alerts and Saved Properties
- More menu items giving Consumer much more control including ability to modify and update options for their Property Alerts
- ‘Modify Search’ now uses a brand new advanced-search system
- New ‘Ask a Question’ panel to encourage communications with Agent
In addition to this change, we have also updated the small “login” panel widget to present more clearly the Buying Buddy services available to Consumers whether or not they are logged in.
Again, this update has been automatically applied to all accounts.
