Here is a highlight of the new features of the new Leads and Contacts:
- Auto Login to your LAC account
- Individual User Stationary instead of stationary for the whole account
- Improved Signature, Bio and Stationary WYSIWYG tools which have more features and support image insertion
- Lead Tags now allow for multiple tag classification of leads with keywords
- “Recommend” search function now includes Map Area / Polygon capability
- Lead Listings section now shows better mapping and plotting of listings
- Business Center functionality for All accounts (Roster view of users, Announcements (which get emailed to all users in account), SECURE doc uploading, Link Sharing)
- New Linked Campaigns
- Improved “To Do” section now shows all activities due on ANY of your leads not just your activities
- Improved interface for Auto Responders and Canned Responses
- Email attachments
- Follow Up tasks and Notes integrated with Email communications into one interface for easier access and presentation
- Lead History now tracks when a lead views or saves a listing, saves a search, fills in a Capture form, requests more info for property, schedules a showing on a property or submits a question or comment to an agent
- Request Info, Schedule Showing and Contact Agent all generate Leads if not already a lead and in addition to the email being sent the data is stored in the db as a to do item for the user
- Improved Listing Image sorting
- Improved User Photo upload that requires the photo to be cropped to ensure right aspect ratio
- Ability to create and save quick filters for Lead summary page
- Ability to flip home page to see view of individual users as well as account as a whole
- Improved Widget Summary page and preview
- Ability to adjust widget colors and other parameters
- All outgoing emails are now queued to the db to provide tracking and eventually more details, like opened etc..
- Improved Email notifications for lead assignments and registrations
- Default Campaigns now established per USER not per Account
